Oregon Medicaid Seeks To Extend 1115 Waiver Demonstration For Substance Use Disorder & Add Contingency Management Incentives
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) submitted a request to extend the “Oregon Health Plan Substance Use Disorder 1115 Demonstration.” The state seeks to continue the program as currently approved and requests new authority to provide contingency management incentives as a medical intervention to any eligible demonstration individuals. The federal public comment period will be open from April 10, 2025, through May 9, 2025.
