Oregon Offers Capacity Building Grant Funds To Community Partners Serving Oregon Health Plan Members
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) said community capacity building grants will be available this year for community partners interested in offering new benefits to members of the Oregon Health Plan (Oregon's Medicaid program). Applications are due by May 31 for organizations interested in offering health-related social needs services (HRSNs).
Oregon Medicaid will cover services to address a variety of HRSNs such as climate resources, housing benefits, and nutrition services. Oregon was approved to spend up to $119 million to enable these services through its current 1115 Medicaid waiver.
