OSF HealthCare Launches PACE Program In Illinois  

OSF HealthCare, a health care system based in Peoria, Illinois, was awarded a contract by the state of Illinois and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to offer a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid risk-based care program that offers comprehensive, team-based medical and social services for seniors through collaborating health care agencies.;

Enrollment for the OSF PACE program has begun, and services are set to begin June 1, 2024. OSF PACE has offices in downtown Peoria, at the same location as OSF’s adult day services . . .
