Florida State University’s Stoops Center for Communities, Families, and Children (Stoops CFC), housed in the College of Social Work, announced it was awarded a $2 million multi-year federal grant to fund a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional Training program aimed at expanding access to early intervention services in Florida’s Panhandle region. Additional goals include building a sustainable workforce pipeline and strengthening community well-being and employment opportunities in Leon County and surrounding areas.
