Palm Medical Centers Announces Acquisition Of Dr. Profet Health & Wellness Center In Hillsborough County, Florida

Palm Medical Centers, an MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. portfolio company, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Dr. Profet Health and Wellness Center, LLC, a primary care practice in Tampa, Florida, led by Mario Profet, M.D. Financial terms were not disclosed. The medical clinic will become Palm Medical Centers’ eighth location in the greater Tampa market, and its sixth new office opened in 2021. With this new center, Palm Medical Centers operates 20 locations in central and south Florida.
