Parkinson’s Care Across New York State Extended Via Telemedicine Program
Neurologists at University of Rochester Medicine have launched a telemedicine program as an effort to expand Parkinson’s Disease Care across New York state. The program will serve as a national model for Parkinson's and chronic disease management throughout the nation. This largely virtual network provides free care to as many as 500 underserved patients across New York, part of a growing movement to extend specialized neurological care to underserved populations across the United States.
