PathWell Acquires Caring Angels Home Health In West Virginia

PathWell Health Inc. acquired Caring Angels Home Health, LLC, which provides services in West Virginia and Virginia. The capital expenditure associated with the project is more than $1.3 million, according to a letter of intent that PathWell submitted in June 2021 to the West Virginia Health Care Authority

Since 2010, Caring Angels Home Health has been a locally-owned, and community-focused home health care provider organization. It serves northern Virginia counties of Clarke, Fauquier, Frederick, Loudoun, Page, Shenandoah, and Warren, and the northeastern counties of West Virginia, including Berkeley, Jefferson, Hampshire, Mineral, and Morgan.
