Patient Discovery Launches RCM Solution With SDoH, CHI & PIN Services  

Health technology provider Patient Discovery Solutions is rolling out new features in its revenue cycle management (RCM) solution. The solution is designed specifically to meet the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) billing requirements for Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) assessments, Community Health Integration (CHI), and Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) services.  

The solution offers tools to aid clinicians addressing social factors that impact consumer health. According to Patient Discovery, the RCM is designed to help oncology practices efficiently manage and document the full scope of services they offer to address social factors that affect client health.;
