PAX Health Acquires Three Behavioral Health Companies In Northeastern U.S. 

PAX Health, a new behavioral health company that aims to offer solutions for mental health and well-being, recently launched. With investments by HCAP Partners and Hamilton Lane, it acquired New York-based Behavioral Medicine Associates, New Jersey-based Workers Comp Psych Net, and New Jersey-based Reservoir Health.  Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

PAX Health called the acquisitions “foundational,” and said it aims to combine their strengths. It will offer tailored solutions for individuals, businesses, and communities seeking comprehensive behavioral health services. It plans to integrate the best practices and resources from the acquired companies.;
