PCORI Announces $100 Million In Funding For Comparative Effectiveness Research In Three I/DD Topic Areas, Letters Of Intent Are Due February 6, 2024
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) announced availability of $100 million for comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) related to care for people with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD). The funding will be awarded to researchers conducting studies with an emphasis on improving health and quality of life for people with Down syndrome, and two projects for all people with I/DD: promoting sleep health and improving care delivery.
A mandatory letter of intent is due by February 6, and PCORI will notify researchers who submit LOIs about their status by March 5. Final applications are due by May 7 . . .
