PeaceHealth To Acquire 37 Clinics Through Zoom+Care Purchase

Vancouver, Washington-based PeaceHealth recently announced it is acquiring Portland, Oregon-based Zoom+Care. Through the transaction, PeaceHealth will be acquiring the provider organization’s 37 health care clinics, which span across Oregon and Washington.

Zoom+Care provides mental health, primary care, specialty care, telemedicine, and urgent care services. Zoom+Care will continue to operate under its own leadership team and board of directors. According to statements from PeaceHealth leadership, the acquisition will accelerate its vision of ensuring greater health care accessibility and affordability while increasing its ability to meet the needs of today’s health care consumers.
