Peak Vista, One Of The Nation’s Largest FQHCs, Now Live On CORHIO’s Health Information Exchange

On June 28, 2017, the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) announced that Peak Vista Community Health Center, a large federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Colorado, had gained access to and begun exchanging consumer health information with CORHIO's PatientCare 360. PatientCare 360 is CORHIO's patient lookup/health information exchange platform.

Due to their grant program from the state, Peak Vista is also a data contributor to the health information exchange. As such, care summary documents uploaded from Peak Vista's electronic health record system to Patientcare 360 will soon be available to other clinical professionals throughout Colorado . . .
