Pediatrica Health Group Acquires Capote Pediatrics

Based in Florida, Pediatrica Health Group, a multi-site, pediatric primary care organization dedicated to providing equitable access to innovative care for children, announced its acquisition of Capote Pediatrics, its tenth practice location. Pediatrica intends to expand to serve Sarasota County and Manatee County with this acquisition, the announcement stated. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition opportunity presented itself when the owner of Capote Pediatrics, Dr. Jessica Capote, chose to pursue teaching and sell the practice, the announcement stated.
