Pennsylvania Diocese Opening Faith-Based Addiction Recovery High School
The Diocese of Allentown, Pennsylvania, (the Diocese) is opening a new faith-based high school for addiction disorder recovery. The facility aims to incorporate counseling, education, and faith into the process of healing and recovering from addiction disorder related to drugs and alcohol.
The new school—Kolbe Academy—has an opening date of September 2019, when it will begin its first term. To be eligible for attending the school, students must have reached a minimum of 30 days of sobriety.
