Avita, which provides pharmacy services nationwide with a focus on LGBTQ+, HIV, PrEP, gender-affirming, and sexual wellness care, acquired AbsoluteCare Atlanta’s medical center and pharmacy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Avita offers a full suite of sexual wellness, pharmacy, and 340B management solutions. The transaction enables Avita to broaden its impact beyond pharmacy services to a robust portfolio of integrated health care solutions.
