Pharos Capital’s Family Treatment Network Acquires Behavior Care Specialists

Pharos Capital Group, LLC (Pharos) recently announced it has acquired Behavior Care Specialists (BCS). BCS currently serves about 140 children with autism across four states. Terms of the purchase have not yet been disclosed.

As part of the terms of the acquisition, BCS’ former CEO, Alison Hulshof, will continue to lead the organization, as well as become a shareholder of Pharos’ Family Treatment Network (FTN) platform.
