Pharos Capital’s Family Treatment Network Acquires CCMC School
Pharos Capital Group, LLC (Pharos) recently announced it has acquired Connecticut-based CCMC School. Financial terms and other terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The purchase is being made through Pharos’ Family Treatment Network (FTN) platform, a complementary platform of child and adolescent behavioral health services businesses, including residential therapy centers, therapeutic day schools, home- and community-based outpatient programs, and other child and adolescent psychiatric treatment services.
