On March 8, 2016, at a gala ceremony held at the National Council for Behavioral Health's Annual Conference at Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Phillip A. Saperia, the Coalition's departing CEO, was awarded the Visionary Leadership Award of Excellence from the National Council for Community Behavioral Health. Phillip was chosen as an awardee from over 1,000 applicants to receive this prestigious award.
