Terros Health and Lifewell, which both provide behavioral health services in Phoenix, Arizona, are planning to merge. The combined organization will have estimated annual revenue of $150 million and will operate 13 behavioral health clinics in the Phoenix area. The merger is slated to close by October 1, 2024.
