PinnacleHealth Completes Acquisition Of Midstate Hospitals In Pennsylvania

PinnacleHealth has completed the acquisition of four midstate hospitals in Pennsylvania. The four hospitals—Lancaster Regional Medical Center, Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center in Lancaster County, Memorial Hospital in York County, and Carlisle Regional Medical Center in Cumberland County— were previously owned by Community Health Systems.

The acquisition of the four hospitals brings PinnacleHealth's hospital ownership count to seven, in addition to its 132 outpatient and ancillary facilities.
