The Pointcare platform provides coverage-status information, automates renewals, and supports enrollment in Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace plans. The platform also supports coverage-related administrative tasks. Consumers can track qualifying hours and upload documentation for work requirements. For redeterminations, the platform helps consumers keep their contact information current so they can receive notices.
