Presbyterian Homes Joins Allina Health As Co-Owner Of Geriatric Medical Practice Genevive

On January 1, 2019, Allina Health (Allina) and Presbyterian Homes & Services (Presbyterian) will become co-owners of geriatric medical practice and care management organization Genevive. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

Genevive is a Minnesota-based geriatric medical practice and care management organization that provides long-term care, short stay care, and care management services. Presbyterian will acquire a 50% stake in Genevive from North Clinic. Allina already owns a 50% stake in the organization.
