Primary Health Solutions Acquires South Community Behavioral Health, Expanding Services Across Greater Miami Valley Ohio Region

Primary Health Solutions (PHS) acquired South Community Behavioral Health (SCBH), a behavioral health provider organization serving the Dayton, Ohio, region since 1974. The acquisition closed July 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed. The organization has been rebranded as South Community Behavioral Health, A Primary Health Solutions Company.

The acquisition is intended to strengthen integrated, community-based care and expand access to behavioral health services across the Greater Miami Valley region. SCBH's current services will continue, and its employees have become employees of Primary Health Solutions.
