Prime Healthcare Foundation To Acquire Mission Regional Medical Center

Prime Healthcare Foundation will acquire Mission Regional Medical Center through a newly signed definitive agreement. Prime Healthcare Foundation stands to acquire the 297-bed community hospital, and continue to maintain it as an acute care hospital, strengthen physician recruitment, and to provide a multi-million dollar capital commitment over the following five years. The acquisition is expected to close on July 1, 2017.
