PurposeCare, which provides home care and home health services, acquired two home care agencies in Indiana and one in Ohio. Financial terms of these acquisitions were not disclosed. In Indiana, in July 2023, PurposeCare acquired Scott’s Home Healthcare located in Kokomo, and Attentive Personal Care located in South Indianapolis. In Ohio, in June 2023, PurposeCare acquired The Choice Nursing Care & Home Health, located in South Euclid; it has been absorbed into PurposeCare’s Cleveland branch.
