Radial Acquires Mindful Health Solutions To Expand Its Clinical Mental Health Network
Radial, a clinical network for "brain medicine," acquired the management services organization (MSO) supporting Mindful Health Solutions, an interventional psychiatry provider organization. The acquisition expands Radial’s clinical mental health network to 27 clinics and more than 100 health care professionals. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The combined network provides treatments for mental health conditions, including major depressive disorder (MDD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), suicidality, and tardive dyskinesia.
