Redwood Family Care Network Acquires Imagine Support Services To Expand Presence In Arizona

On May 1, 2023, Redwood Family Care Network, Inc., which provides services in California, Nevada, and Washington for people with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD), acquired Imagine Support Services, LLC, which serves a similar population in Arizona. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Redwood Family Care Network’s presence into Arizona. As part of this acquisition, Imagine Support Services will work in partnership with On Angel's Wings, a subsidiary of Redwood Family Care Network.
