Renew Health + Recovery acquired many of the assets of Aware Recovery Care, an in-home substance use disorder (SUD) treatment provider organization. The transaction includes elements of Aware Recovery Care’s clinical model and care teams. Renew Health + Recovery will continue serving affected clients and families without interruption. Financial terms were not disclosed.
