Revitalist Acquires Alchemy Wellness Ketamine Clinic In Virginia

Revitalist Lifestyle and Wellness Ltd. entered an agreement to acquire Alchemy Wellness, a ketamine infusion clinic located in Richmond, Virginia. This is Revitalist’s tenth ketamine clinic. It has other clinics in Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, Michigan, Maryland, Florida, and Virginia. The acquisition closed on April 1, 2022. Revitalist acquired 100% of the outstanding membership interest of Alchemy through a reverse triangular merger between Alchemy and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Revitalist for an aggregate purchase price of $800,000.
