Revitalist To Offer Awakn Life Sciences Ketamine-Assisted Therapy For Alcohol Use Disorder

Revitalist Lifestyle and Wellness Ltd. signed a licensing partnership agreement with Awakn Life Sciences Corp. to implement Awakn’s KARE protocol which uses ketamine-assisted therapy as treatment for alcohol use disorder. Under the agreement, Awakn will provide access to the therapeutics, and will train Revitalist’s clinical professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed for the annual licensing fee and revenue sharing arrangements.
