Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton Appoints New President, CEO
The Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital's board of directors appointed Richard Freeman, 58, as the new president and chief executive officer. Freeman succeeds Anthony “Skip” Cimino, 66, who served five years as president and 26 years as a trustee and executive of the organization.
Freeman has spent most of his career — more than 30 years — as a health care executive, mostly with National Medical Enterprises in Los Angeles and Tenet Healthcare in Dallas, he said. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Temple University.
