SaintA Appoints Kenyatta Sinclair As Its New Director Of Leadership Development

SaintA welcomes Kenyatta Sinclair as its new Director of Leadership Development. This is the first-of-its-kind position for the nonprofit child welfare and human services agency headquartered on Milwaukee’s northwest side. The position was created as part of SaintA’s strategic initiative to attract and retain diverse, high-quality staff that is prepared to drive change to meet the future needs of our community. Other duties assigned to Sinclair include strengthening peer-to-peer learning; identifying and nurturing high potential staff; and coaching leaders on interpersonal skills and crucial conversations.
