SaintA Names Chief Equity & Human Capital Officer

SaintA has promoted Kenyatta Sinclair to Chief Equity and Human Capital Officer. Sinclair was previously the Director of Leadership Development at SaintA, where she was charged with strengthening peer-to-peer learning, identifying and nurturing high-potential staff, and coaching leaders in interpersonal skills and crucial conversations. She also enhanced the agency’s online performance management system by working with supervisors to restructure core competencies and refine the rating system.
