SanLuca & Sutter Health Partner On Behavioral Health Support For Hypertension Program
SanLuca announced a partnership with Sutter Health to add behavioral health screening and support services to Sutter’s hypertension management program in California. Consumers enrolled in Sutter Sync, a remote monitoring program for chronic conditions, will have access to SanLuca’s virtual care navigation platform.
According to the organizations, the platform includes behavioral health education, assessments, and screening tools for anxiety and depression, including the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) assessments. Consumers identified through screening may be referred to a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-based intervention delivered through SanLuca’s AI platform.
