SanLuca & Sutter Health Partner To Integrate Behavioral Health In Hypertension Care

SanLuca announced a partnership with Sutter Health in California to integrate behavioral health support into Sutter's hypertension management program. Those enrolled in Sutter Sync, a digital program that helps people with chronic conditions monitor and manage their health at home, can now access SanLuca's virtual care navigator.

The SutterSync navigator powered by SanLuca, delivers education and assessments to identify behavioral health needs, using validated tools such as the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) to screen for anxiety and depression.
