SavaSeniorCare To Transfer Operations Of 48 Long-Term Care Facilities In Eight States

SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services, LLC is transferring operations of 48 long-term care facilities located in California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Wyoming. The organization is downsizing to become a regionally focused organization. The company is working with its landlords to find new operators for the buildings. It seeks to complete the transition by the end of 2021.

Most of the facilities to be transitioned to new operators provide skilled nursing. One of the facilities is an assisted living community located in New Mexico. SavaSeniorCare currently operates 169 facilities that serve about 14,100 residents.
