School-Based Health Center Opens At Springfield High School in Ohio

The Springfield City School District in Ohio opened a comprehensive school-based health center on the campus of Springfield High School at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. The center provides a range of services – including both primary care and mental health services – to support the needs of all 7,700 students in the Springfield City School District, as well as their parents and other members of the Springfield community. The center is operated by Rocking Horse Community Health Center, which has provided local community-based health care in the same county for the past 25 years.
