Seen Health, which plans to launch a culturally specialized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), raised $22 million. The organization plans to open its first PACE center in California focused on underserved Asian and Pacific Islander elders.
The company’s model will combine community-focused, technology-enabled care through its centers and in participants' homes. The integrated technology platform combines innovative devices, a PACE-centric electronic health record (EHR), and an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure.
