Senior Housing Provider National Church Residences Acquires Four Communities In Ohio  

National Church Residences acquired four senior housing communities in Ohio from Buckeye Management. The purchase added 206 apartment units to National Church Residences’ portfolio. ;

The communities are located in central and western Ohio. ;Stone Manor in Beavercreek, Ohio, has 50 units. Homestead Village is located in Van Wert, Ohio, and has 60 units. Somerset, Ohio-based Somerset Lane has 46 units. Salem House, located in Maineville, Ohio, has 50 units. ;

These communities include both studio and one-bedroom units, and serves residents aged 62 and older. National Church Residences acquired the communities during 2023. ;
