Sentara Health Launched A Mentoring Program To Support New Nurses
Sentara Health, a health system in Virginia and northeastern North Carolina, launched a new mentoring program for new nurses based on their career track. The six-month program provides specialized skill training, mentoring from veteran nurses, and confidence-building exercises. This program is intended to help new nurses transition seamlessly into a range of positions.
