Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health System Closes In Tulsa

Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health System announced the closing of the facility effective July 5, 2019. After both careful consideration and analysis, Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health System has found it no longer feasible to remain in operation; the facility is not accepting any new patients.

The facility stated the top priority is the safe and seamless transition of the consumers they served. Additionally, the facility informed their employees and is committed to working closely with them during this transition time.
