Sidekick Health Expands Oncology & Women’s Health Portfolio With PINK! Aquisition  

Digital health technology provider Sidekick Health acquired PINK!, a company that specializes in cancer support and women’s health. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Sidekick's position in the digital therapeutics market. 

PINK! will operate as a subsidiary of Sidekick. Its PINK! Coach is the only permanently listed prescription digital therapeutic (PDT) for breast cancer within Germany’s regulated nationwide DiGA formulary. PINK!
