Solera Senior Living Acquires SageLife & Its Five Senior Housing Communities In Three States

Solera Senior Living (Solera) acquired senior living operator SageLife and its portfolio of five senior housing communities located in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Financial terms were not disclosed. Over the next two years, Solera plans to recapitalize the buildings into long-term ventures.

Some SageLife executives will join Solera’s operations. SageLife founder Kelly Cook Andress to the company’s advisory board, and five SageLife corporate leaders will join Solera’s leadership team.
