Sonas Home Health Care Has Acquired Advanced Nursing Solutions

Sonas Home Health Care (Sonas), a portfolio company of Boyne Capital, recently announced it has acquired Advanced Nursing Solutions (ANS). ANS is a Tampa, Florida-based pediatric home care provider organization.

With the transaction, ANS will bring its more than 20 years of experience with serving medically fragile children to Sonas’s portfolio of home care services. Sonas cited the alignment of ANS’s commitment to quality pediatric home care with its own mission as a primary reason for the acquisition. Together, the two will form one of the largest pediatric home-care providers in Florida.
