Spring Arbor Management & Allegro Management Merge To Form Allegro Living, A Premier Senior Living Platform

Spring Arbor Management and Allegro Management Company merged to form a larger senior living management and development company that will operate 53 senior living communities in 13 states. The communities will continue to operate under their recognized legacy brands under a commonly owned holding company called Allegro Living. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Allegro Living operates 18 communities with more than 2,300 units. Spring Arbor has 35 communities with more than 2,200 units. The communities are located across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest. The holding company Allegro Living will be led by Douglas Schiffer as president . . .
