SSM Health To Close Baraboo Addiction Treatment & Recovery Center In June

The Baraboo SSM Health Treatment and Recovery Center recently announced it is closing its doors on June 15. The center cited changing regulations, staff shortages, and lack of reimbursement funding as main reasons for the decision.

The closure will stand as another blow to addiction disorder services in the area, which were already viewed as sparse. Currently, the center offers both inpatient and outpatient addiction disorder treatment, as well as aftercare services for some individuals.
