St. Joseph Mercy Health To Sell Port Huron Hospital To For-Profit Prime Healthcare

Ann Arbor, Michigan-based St. Joseph Mercy Health System has signed an agreement to sell 164-bed St. Joseph Mercy Port Huron Hospital to Prime Healthcare Services, an Ontario, California-based for-profit hospital chain. Officials for St. Joseph said Prime Healthcare has agreed to invest $20 million into the hospital over a three-year period.
