State Of Nebraska’s Chief Medical Officer To Serve As Interim HHS CEO
Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts announced that Dr. Joseph Acierno, the state’s chief medical officer and head of public health, will serve as acting chief executive officer (CEO) of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as of December 20 while a nationwide search is conducted for a new CEO.
