State Regulators Approve Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield’s Affiliation With Cambia Health Solutions

The Arkansas Insurance Department approved a strategic affiliation between Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Cambia Health Solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The affiliation is scheduled to take effect on October 1, 2026.

The affiliation will combine the organizations’ operations and allow them to share practices, expertise, technology, and other resources related to health plan innovation and member services. Arkansas Blue Cross said the arrangement is intended to support access to care and member services while maintaining its local operations and identity.
