Strawberry Fields REIT Acquires 4 Skilled Nursing Facilities for $19.3 Million  

Strawberry Fields REIT reported two acquisitions of skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Tennessee and Texas, effective September 1, 2024. The acquisitions, valued at $19.25 million, include four facilities.  

The Texas acquisition, valued at $15.25 million, included a Hondo-based SNF with 75 beds and a Kerrville-based SNF with 179 beds. The facilities will be leased to Tide Group with an initial 10-year lease period.  

The Tennessee acquisition, valued at $4 million, included a Kingsport-based SNF with 67 beds and a Maryville-based SNF with 181 beds. This acquisition was associated with a lease purchase option . . .
